Not enough employees and/or resources to help with mailing and/or product delivery?  Or need help with sending invites and thank you notes (or even writing them)?

Then let us do the work for you.  We are a home-based small business that specializes in this trade.  We are registered with the City and County of San Francisco.  We provide the following services:

• Bulk mailing of newsletters, invites, restaurant menus and other "farming," promotional and advertising flyers and mailings (even small packages)
• Printing (Black & Color Laser, Black & Color Inkjet) and mailing of the above 
• Handwritten addressing of envelopes 
• Shipping of packages for small mail-order businesses, as a Fulfillment Center (Costs as enumerated below do not apply.  Delivery is via USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Please inquire for more details.) 

Mailing list is to be provided by the customer.  We adhere to strict confidentiality and agree not to use it for any means other than that customer's order.  This does not apply to similar names and addresses provided by other customers by pure coincidence.

The customer can either provide the materials to be mailed or have us provide and create the materials, including formatting, editing and printing.  A sample finished product will be presented for approval, either in person, by mail or e-mail.  There is a required minimum order of 100 mail pieces.  Some exceptions may apply.

The customer should place the order at least three (3) business days in advance.  Order will be processed and completed on the date agreed upon.  An additional charge applies for next day rush order.

The customer's total cost is calculated based on all or either of the following:

• Basic Service Charge - for addressing, folding, inserting and mailing
• Specialized Service Charge* - for printing, etc. of mail pieces, including materials
• Postage - USPS First Class Mail** at the current rate

*California sales tax applies. Service that is related to a taxable sale is taxable.
**Or other means as requested and agreed upon.
